The Finance Sub-Committee consists of eight governors responsible for overseeing the school's financial management. Their key duties include setting the school budget annually and approving the school's priorities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the school's strategic goals.

The Staffing Sub-Committee consists of ten governors who support the Headteacher in the recruitment process. Their responsibilities include reviewing applications, approving shortlists for interview, and helping to select successful candidates, ensuring that the school follows fair and transparent procedures. They also work closely with the Local Authority when appointing to Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher posts, maintaining compliance with best practices and regulations.

The Health, Safety, and Buildings Sub-Committee consists of seven governors who work closely with the Headteacher to ensure that the school buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to high-quality learning experiences.
